In the third quarter of 2024, the Middle East saw notable activity among the top five first-person games on the iOS platform. According to Sensor Tower data, these games demonstrated varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Call of Duty®: Mobile from Activision Publishing, Inc. experienced a mixed performance. Weekly revenue started at around $288K in early July, peaking at $381K by the end of the month, but gradually declined to approximately $197K by the end of September. Downloads followed a similar downward trend, beginning the quarter with over 48K downloads per week and decreasing to about 24K by the end of September. Active users showed a slight decline, moving from approximately 422K to 353K throughout the quarter.

Supermarket Store Game 3D, published by Emir Tarek, saw a significant drop in weekly downloads, starting at 144K and falling to 4.6K by the end of the quarter. Revenue mirrored this decline, beginning at $5.9K and decreasing to around $600. Active users also decreased from 380K to 137K over the same period.

Store Manager Simulator 3D by Digital Melody displayed a similar pattern, with downloads reducing from 133K to 1.9K weekly. Revenue decreased from $5.5K to just over $300. Active users dropped from 199K to 2.7K by the end of September.

My Superstore Simulator, published by Game District LLC, showed a different trajectory, with a steady increase in downloads from a modest start to about 41K weekly by the end of September. Revenue also climbed, starting from negligible amounts to reach approximately $4.3K. Active users rose significantly from 708 in late July to 97K by the end of the quarter.

Royal Cooking: Kitchen Madness from Matryoshka Games (CY) LTD saw an increase in active users from 42K to 92K. Downloads fluctuated but ended the quarter at around 23K per week. Revenue showed a gradual increase, reaching around $943 in late September.
